Eldorado Brasil, one of the world’s largest pulp producers, performs with operational excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to sustainability. With a high-performance plant in Três Lagoas (in Mato Grosso do Sul), it exports to more than 40 countries and operates EBLog, one of the most modern port terminals in Latin America. In addition to producing 1.8 million tons of paper pulp per year, it generates enough renewable energy to supply a city with over 2 million inhabitants.
In 2024, it began a new cycle of social media positioning to expand its digital presence, strengthen its reputation and image as an employer brand, and attract talent from other states.
With an editorial calendar structured around institutional, innovation, sustainability, and people pillars, the strategy included the visual improvement of the channels, expansion of SAC 2.0, and increased production of strategic content.
Between July and December 2024, Eldorado achieved significant growth on social media, including follower growth, higher engagement rates, and a record number of spontaneous mentions, with more than 1,270 mentions in a single month – building a more active and connected digital community aligned with its values.
