Reservas’ initial challenge was precisely to position itself publicly in this new market, globally. The public relations strategy included building a new narrative, targeted agendas, op-eds, and active relationships with specialized media outlets and leading journalists in business, economics, agriculture, technology, and sustainability.
The results came in the first year of the strategy being in place. In 2024, the company achieved 1,256 press features, 82% of which were institutional reports, with a 190% increase in tier 1 media outlets and a 287% increase in editorial presence compared to the previous year. The outlets included Reuters, Valor Econômico, O Globo, Capital Reset, and Estadão.
